KEYNOTE 45 STRONG BAKERS UNBLEACHED FLOUR - ARDENT MILLS - 20 kg

The Keynote 45 is a strong patent flour produced from the top milling grades of hard red spring wheat and is enriched to meet Government regulations. This high quality, uniform and very versatile flour has excellent tolerance to variations in fermentation and mixing and will stand a wide range of shop conditions. Being an unbleached flour, the finished baked goods will retain the "natural" off-white coloration.
